Privacy policy
Last updated: November 5, 2026. This policy covers the Google Workspace™ add-ons Billrow Invoices and Peelsheet Labels by Elena Ialysheva (“we”).
Summary
The add-ons run inside your Google account. We do not run our own servers for them, and we do not receive, store or sell the contents of your spreadsheets.
What the add-ons access, and why
- The spreadsheet you have open (
spreadsheets.currentonly): to read the rows you turn into invoices or labels, and to write the status and PDF link back into the sheet. No other spreadsheet is accessed. - Files the add-on creates in your Google Drive (
drive.file): to save the PDFs it generates into its own folder. The add-on cannot see any other file in your Drive. - Showing a sidebar and dialogs (
script.container.ui). - Connecting to external services (
script.external_request): to upload the generated PDF to your Drive through the Google Drive API.
What is stored, and where
Your business details (Billrow), label settings (Peelsheet) are stored in Google’s add-on storage tied to your Google account. Generated PDFs are stored in your Google Drive. We have no copy of any of it.
What leaves your Google account
Nothing. No spreadsheet contents, settings or files are sent outside your Google account.
Google user data
The add-ons’ use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for advertising, do not sell it, do not transfer it to third parties, and no human reads it.
Deleting your data
Delete the add-on’s folder in Google Drive to remove the PDFs. To stop all access, uninstall the add-on and revoke it at myaccount.google.com/permissions. To erase the stored settings, click Delete my settings at the bottom of the add-on’s sidebar.
