Support

Write to apps@aivisiblelab.com. Name the add-on and describe what you expected and what happened. A screenshot helps. We usually reply within a few business days.

Common questions

Where are my PDFs? In your Google Drive™, in the folder “Billrow Invoices” or “Peelsheet Labels”. The add-on can only see files it created itself.

Labels are shifted. Print with Actual size / 100%, not “Fit to page”. Then use Alignment → Print test page and move the text by a few millimetres.

How do I remove the add-on? In a spreadsheet: Extensions → Add-ons → Manage add-ons → the add-on → Uninstall.
